1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is missing parts or accessories
Returns must be requested within 7–15 days of delivery (as per your business policy).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
- Physical damage after delivery
- Items without original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, or accessories
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Software, downloadable products, or opened consumables
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support with your Order ID and issue details
- Share images or videos of the product if requested
- Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated

- Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return
